The Nacala International Airport Project, developed by Odebrecht International in Mozambique, launched the Productivity Program, which recognizes the Members who meet their goals and present good results. The first phase involved the participation of 708 workers.
In May, in celebration of International Workers’ Day month, the professionals who reached the maximum goal during the first four months of the year and during the three consecutive months were recognized.
Member José Lourenço, from the Electric area, was awarded for reaching his results for four consecutive months. “The program is an opportunity for all of us to make more of an effort and meet the goals – related to zero accidents, care with the environment, timeliness, cleaning and organizing during the day-to-day,” said Lourenço.
According to Arabela Soutelo, Supply and Logistics Manager, the initiative encourages team work, disciplining the production process and participation of Members in terms of meeting the goals.
