On September 25, Odebrecht Real Estate Developments delivered its first residential project in Campo Belo, a posh neighborhood in São Paulo. The Estação Gabriele project, which consists of 398 units in a single tower, has already sold 71% of the units.

"Estação Gabriele translates a growing need of paulistanos, who seek quality of life by living closer to work. Its location certainly meets this need,” says Márcio Branco, Chief Development Officer of OR. “We are in one of the best neighborhoods of São Paulo and in one of the main corners of the city, which motivated us to create a new icon for São Paulo through a modern and unique facade," he added.

The project is spread on an area of 2.4 million square meters and boasts technological solutions that facilitate the daily life of its residents.  "All apartments have biometric locks and were designed to receive residential automation, which underlines our concern for the safety of our customers and the sustainable use of natural resources," says Marcelo Valadão, Chief Construction Officer of São Paulo. Estação Gabriele has 398 units divided into studio (36m2 to 38.5m²), suite (42m²) and duplex (56.5m² and 67.5 m²) categories, and has an estimated Potential Sales Value (PSV) of R$ 180 million.

Estação Gabriele

Launched in 2014 and included in the Água Espraiada Urban Operation of the São Paulo municipal government, Estação Gabriele is a few steps from the future station of the 17-Gold monorail line (scheduled to be delivered in July 2019) and Line 5 - Lilac (a part of which was inaugurated in September this year), thereby facilitating the use of public transport by its future residents.

The project features a modern facade that employs the brise soleil concept and has several living and wellness spaces. Common areas include a gym, pilates room, games room, gourmet space, ballroom, indoor pool and common laundry room. For those who choose to use the apartment as a home office, Estação Gabriele offers a meeting room where residents can host business meetings with clients. Estação Gabriele also offers its residents a series of pay-per-use services, such as daily cleaning and housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, premises management and personal trainer, among others.

Estação Gabriele also brings more color to the city. A panel spanning about 25 square meters on the facade located on Avenida Roberto Marinho, received artwork from Flavio Samelo. The artist designed four panels, one of which was chosen by the public for the project.  The initiative aims to bring more art to the region and encourage similar actions.
